Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts. Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure material availability and smooth production flow. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to meet delivery commitments. Analyze production capacity, manpower, machine availability, and resource utilization. Track production KPIs and prepare regular planning reports. Identify and resolve production bottlenecks and scheduling conflicts. Ensure optimal inventory levels of raw materials, WIP, and finished goods. Collaborate with the Demand Planning and MRP teams to align production plans with business requirements. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance planning accuracy and operational efficiency. Maintain accurate planning data in ERP systems. Proven experience in the manufacturing, machinery, or steel industry Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Production, or related field) 3–5 years of experience in Production Planning within a manufacturing environment. Strong knowledge of production planning, scheduling, inventory control, and capacity planning. Experience working with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
