EELAF is hiring a hands-on and detail-oriented Production Supervisor – Earbuds Assembly Line to manage daily production activities for earbuds and related electronic products.The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising operators and technicians, achieving daily production targets, controlling product quality, reducing defects and rework, ensuring proper material handling, and maintaining discipline across the assembly line.This role requires strong shop-floor leadership, practical experience in electronics assembly, and good understanding of small electronic product assembly, testing, inspection, and production control.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise daily operations of the earbuds assembly production line.Ensure production targets are achieved according to the approved production plan.Assign tasks to operators and technicians and monitor their productivity and discipline.Monitor daily output, line efficiency, downtime, rejection rate, rework rate, and quality issues.Supervise assembly processes for earbuds, charging cases, PCB parts, batteries, speakers, microphones, wires, housings, and accessories.Ensure proper handling of small electronic components, tools, jigs, fixtures, adhesives, silicone, soldering materials, and testing equipment.Follow up on assembly steps including soldering, wiring, gluing, silicone application, fitting, closing, testing, inspection, cleaning, labeling, packing, and final preparation.Ensure operators follow approved work instructions, SOPs, quality standards, ESD rules, and safety procedures.Coordinate with quality control to inspect products, investigate defects, and apply corrective actions.Support first-piece approval, in-process inspection, final inspection, and rework activities.Coordinate with warehouse and planning teams to ensure material availability before production starts.Report material shortages, production delays, equipment problems, quality issues, and manpower gaps.Ensure correct use of production tools, jigs, testers, ESD protection, safety equipment, and production documentation.Maintain accurate daily production reports, rejection reports, rework reports, and line-performance records.Train operators on assembly methods, quality points, handling instructions, and process discipline.Support continuous improvement activities to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase productivity.Coordinate with maintenance or engineering teams for tool, fixture, tester, and equipment issues.Ensure the production area is clean, organized, safe, and compliant with 5S principles.RequirementsDiploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Production, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.Minimum 4–8 years of experience in electronics assembly, consumer electronics production, earbuds assembly, mobile accessories, PCB assembly, or similar production environment.Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Production Supervisor, Line Leader, or Senior Technician is preferred.Good knowledge of small electronic product assembly, soldering, wiring, gluing, testing, inspection, and rework.Experience with earbuds, headphones, Bluetooth devices, mobile accessories, chargers, or similar electronics is a strong advantage.Good understanding of quality control, defect analysis, rejection control, and corrective actions.Knowledge of ESD handling, 5S, safety rules, and production-line discipline.Ability to read basic work instructions, BOMs, assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and quality checklists.Experience with production reporting, ERP systems, or daily output tracking is preferred.Good leadership, follow-up, communication, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.Good command of MS Office, especially Excel.Ability to manage operators and technicians in a structured and disciplined production environment.Preferred Candidate ProfileHands-on supervisor who stays close to the production line.Strong in quality control, operator discipline, and daily follow-up.Able to detect production problems early and take corrective action.Understands small-component handling and the sensitivity of electronics assembly.Focused on output, quality, safety, cleanliness, and process control.Able to coordinate effectively with quality, warehouse, planning, maintenance, and engineering teams.
