Production Supervisor

Key Accountabilities:▪ Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees to ensure maximum utilization.▪ Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules. ▪ Oversee and coach employees to increase their productivity.▪ Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance to guarantee a safe workplace.▪ Check production output according to specifications to comply with client’s needs.▪ Submit reports on performance and progress to update job orders.▪ Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements to increase productivity.▪ Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures to ensure a safe work environment.Academic and professional qualifications:Bachelor's degree in agriculture / science.Experience:▪ 1 – 3 years of experience ▪ FMCG Experience is a must.
