If you are passionate about personal growth and enjoy guiding others, this role is for you. Full training on our coaching programs and product knowledge will be provided.Key Responsibilities:Conduct discovery calls with potential clients.Understand client needs and recommend suitable coaching programs.Follow up with leads and support them through the decision-making process.Keep clear records of client interactions and sales activity.Collaborate with the team to meet monthly targets.Requirements:Sales call experience is preferred.Fluency in English is a must.Strong listening and communication skills.A background in coaching is a plus.Self-motivated and goal-oriented.2+ Years' Experience is a must
