The Program Coordinator will be responsible for managing the full journey of youth participants, from outreach and recruitment to training completion, ensuring smooth coordination and strong engagement throughout the program.Responsibilities:Youth Outreach: Mobilize and recruit young participants across different governorates.Application Management: Manage the application process and screen incoming candidates.Talent Selection: Conduct interviews and evaluate applicants to select the most suitable participants.Training Supervision: Monitor training progress and ensure strong engagement from participants.Documentation & Reporting: Collect required documentation and prepare reports after each training session.
