ResponsibilitiesLead and manage all project-wide QA/QC activities across construction, engineering, procurement, and subcontractors.Develop and implement the overall quality management strategy, procedures, and KPIs.Ensure compliance with client requirements, contractual obligations, ISO standards, and international codes.Oversee inspections, audits, testing activities, NCRs, and corrective/preventive actions.Review and approve quality plans, ITPs, method statements, and quality documentation.Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and third-party inspectors on quality matters.Monitor project quality performance and provide regular reports to senior management.Lead, mentor, and develop the project quality team across all project packages.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering or related technical field.Master’s degree is preferred.Professional certifications such as ISO Lead Auditor, CQE, or equivalent are highly preferred.Minimum 18–20 years of experience in construction quality management.Minimum 8 years in a senior leadership role managing mega projects.Previous experience in large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, infrastructure, or giga projects is mandatory.Experience working in the Middle East/GCC region is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of international construction standards and quality systems.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English.
