Site Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Finishing Works.Execute architectural works, including masonry, facades, and interior finishes.Coordination Work with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams to fit pipes and wires into the building design.Perform day-to-day management of the site, including supervision and monitoring of the site labor force and the work of any subcontractorsEvaluate and monitor productivity rates for each trade of work.Study zone shop drawings in order to prepare the Material, Equipment, and Man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule.Coordinate with the Quality Control Department's schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.Prepare daily progress reports for the senior site engineer.Job Qualification:Must have a Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering.V.Good/Good English (written and spoken).Required 3-4 years of experience with landmark projects.AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.Excellent negotiation skills.Strong teamworking skills.Excellent communication skills."Hassan Allam Holding is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Hassan Allam Holding is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
