Job Responsibilities: Coordinate with procurement, purchasing, subcontractors, and suppliers after arrangement with the Site Manager.Manage the technical office team in performing delegated tasks.Follow up /Review the project designs with the consultant to prepare the project shop drawing to highlight any deviation from the code/standards.Manage the shop drawing team and design offices to produce the project’s shop drawings in a timely and accurate manner, and obtain consultant approval.Follow up with the project consultant on the effective cycle of approvals for shop drawings and Material submittals.Review As-Built drawings and manualsCommunicate with the project team and manage the preparation of the updated reports to the project managerCoordinate with the Site Manager and project control Manager under the project Manager's direct supervision to set an effective work procedure, work priorities, and suitable resource allocation.Solve problems, identify and eliminate unwanted costs, while improving function and quality.Review Client’s invoice.Manage and support with the HR team the indirect labor and make sure that is not exceed the project budget according to the OD-approved indirect wages manpower.Lead and direct the coordination process to resolve a conflict prior to installation.Attend progress meetings with the consultant and client.Coordinate all technical matters between engineering, construction, procurement, and subcontractors in order to solve any potential problems.Manage Quantity Surveying team in the issuance of bill of quantities, payment approvals, and change orders in a timely and accurate manner.Ensure an effective material management process relating to the submittals approval process, control, storage, and distribution of materials according to the project’s needsExplore, enforce, and manage value engineering and seek client approvalManage design changes and communicate information with other departmentsDocuments technical lessons learned and share it with other departmentsPerform periodic performance appraisals for line reports and other staffEnsure adherence to technical office policies and procedures through continuous review of the project contracts, terms and conditions, time schedule, review of design drawings, and owner/consultant’s bill of quantities (BOQ).Support planning and cost control departments in monitoring monthly construction progress.Support Contract Administrators in preparing any technical/cost claims with sufficient information about any variation orders.Coordination of preparation and submittals of as-built drawings and O&M Manuals.Job Qualifications: A bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering is a must.Years of experience 15+.Must have excellent knowledge of BIM, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and Revit.Must have experience with well-known contractors on landmark projects, especially Hotels and Resorts.Strong Managerial skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong Communication SkillsStrong negotiation skillsExcellent Delegating skills"Hassan Allam Holding is an Equal Opportunity Employer and Prohibits Discrimination and Harassment of Any Kind: Hassan Allam Holding is committed to the principle of equal employment opportunity for all employees and to providing employees with a work environment free of discrimination and harassment.
