Key Responsibilities:Manage the civil QA/QC team and daily quality activities.Ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and applicable standards.Review and approve quality documentation, inspections, and test plans.Monitor site inspections and resolve quality issues through corrective actions.Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and clients on quality matters.Prepare quality reports and support internal and external audits.Promote continuous improvement and ensure compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS).Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.7+ years of QA/QC experience in the construction industry, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of QA/QC practices, and civil construction standards.
