Project Contracts Manager

The Project Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all contractual and commercial aspects of construction and engineering projects, including contract administration, claims management, negotiations, risk assessment, and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and company policies.Job ResponsibilitiesManage contract administration activities for construction and engineering projects.Review, negotiate, and finalize contracts, subcontracts, claims, and variations.Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, company policies, and legal requirements.Lead claims management, dispute resolution, and contractual correspondence.Identify, evaluate, and mitigate contractual and commercial risks.Support project teams on contractual and commercial matters throughout the project lifecycle.Monitor project performance against contractual terms and conditions.Coordinate with clients, consultants, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders.Prepare contractual reports, notices, recommendations, and management updates.Ensure proper implementation of FIDIC and standard forms of contract.Support tendering, procurement, and project close-out activities.Maintain proper contractual records and documentation.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Management, Law, or related field.12+ years of relevant experience in contract management, contract administration, and claims management within construction or engineering projects.Strong experience with FIDIC contracts and technical/commercial project environments.CertificationsContractual & Legal Aspects in Construction (CLAC).FIDIC Certification is an advantage.PMP Certification is an advantage.CCCM / CPCM Certification is an advantage.At Rowad Modern Engineering, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. we do not just hire Talents-We invest in potential.
