Cash Management Manager

The Cash Management Manager will oversee daily cash operations, cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, banking relationships, and treasury processes. The role is critical in ensuring the effective utilization of cash resources, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting the company's overall financial strategy.Job ResponsibilitiesMonitor daily cash balances, cash positioning, and short-term liquidity across all bank accounts.Prepare short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts and conduct variance analysis.Optimize working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory cycles.Manage bank account structures, signatories, and electronic banking platforms.Develop and maintain relationships with local and international banking partners.Ensure timely execution of payments, collections, and intercompany cash transactions.Support funding activities, including short-term borrowing and cash pooling initiatives.Develop, implement, and maintain cash management policies, procedures, and internal controls.Collaborate with Treasury, FP&A, Accounting, and business units to align cash planning and forecasting activities.Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and internal audit requirements.Lead, mentor, and develop treasury and cash management team members.Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.12–15 years of experience in cash management, treasury, or corporate finance.Strong knowledge of treasury operations, liquidity planning, cash forecasting, and working capital optimization.Solid understanding of banking products, financial institutions, and corporate finance principles.Experience in financial risk management, compliance, and internal control frameworks.Professional certifications such as CTP, CFA, CMA, or ACCA are preferred.Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving capabilities.Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.At Rowad Modern Engineering, we provide equal opportunities to all regardless of race, colour, ancestry, religion, national origin, age, citizenship, marital status, disability, or gender identity. we do not just hire Talents-We invest in potential.
