Senior PMIS Engineer

Senior PMIS Engineer is responsible for enhancing the company's digital capabilities and ensure that the technology stack contributes to the increased efficiency of the company processes and workflows.Responsibilities:Provide support and functional consulting for Primavera Unifier & P6 with focus on system performance optimization and user experience improvement.Resolve user issues and edge cases in automated workflows post-Unifier system launch, both on-site and off-site, ensuring smooth operation and user satisfaction.Design and document business processes, workflows, forms, access rights, and security measures, leading to streamlined operations and enhanced system integrity.Configure Unifier modules including Business Processes (BPs), workflows & forms Using UdesignerCustomize shells, cost sheets, fund management, and project controls features in UnifierDevelop custom reports, dashboards, and data views to support project performance tracking using PowerBi & BI PublisherTest features implemented, ensuring they meet specified requirements and are ready for deployment.Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with internal customers, gathering feedback to refine and improve system functionality.Create and maintain documentation, clearly outlining feature implementations.Organize monthly follow-up meetings with team leaders to review progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed.Automate business processes, increasing efficiency and reducing manual effort across various operations.Monitor system utilization on a weekly basis, checking data quality and encouraging users to enhance data entry and integrity, leading to reliable and accurate information.Evaluate feature utilization within the system, identifying underused features and developing strategies to increase their adoption and effectiveness.Maintain the ticketing system, providing first-line support and coordinating with Oracle partners for second-line support, ensuring timely resolution of issues and system reliability.Manage tendering management software (CostOS) for budgeting and tendering activities.Conduct training and workshop on an ad-hoc basis to onboard users on the systems or when a new process is activated.
