The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent stakeholder communication skills, and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and modern PM tools.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management & DeliveryPlan, assign, and track daily tasks to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.Monitor team deliverables and ensure timely completion of project milestones.Take full ownership of project lifecycle—from initiation to successful delivery.Identify risks, proactively resolve issues, and ensure high-quality outcomes.Stakeholder & Communication ManagementProvide regular status updates to senior leadership, including the Head of Department and CEO.Act as the main point of contact between technical teams and stakeholders.Align project roadmaps, timelines, and expectations across all parties.Requirements & PlanningCollaborate with the Marketing Team to gather and define business requirements.Translate business needs into actionable development tasks and deliverables.Manage project timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.Agile & ToolsManage projects in sprints using Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).Conduct daily stand-ups and team briefings to track progress and resolve blockers.Utilize tools such as Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, and other Agile platforms for tracking and reporting.Team LeadershipLead, coach, and support team members to enhance performance and engagement.Monitor attendance, timesheets, and leave schedules for effective resource planning.Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.Support performance evaluations and professional development of team members.Operational & ReportingContribute to departmental planning and process improvements.Prepare detailed reports on project progress, performance, and outcomes.Support change management initiatives within the team and organization.Requirements5–7 years of experience in project management within a technology environment.Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project and Azure DevOps.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Preferred QualificationsPMP, Scrum Master, or similar certification is a plus.Experience working in cross-functional teams and fast-paced environments.
