The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervising construction works, coordinating contractors and subcontractors, and ensuring adherence to project drawings, specifications, and safety standards. The role involves monitoring progress against schedules, reporting on site status, and proactively addressing technical and operational issues to avoid delays. The Site Engineer will collaborate with project managers, consultants, and clients to clarify requirements, approve materials, and support inspections and handover procedures. Responsibilities also include documenting site activities, verifying quantities, supporting cost control, and contributing to continuous improvement of construction methods and quality.Qualifications Strong Project Management and Planning skills to organize site activities, manage timelines, and support delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.Solid Analytical Skills to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and site data, and to propose practical solutions to on-site challenges.Effective Communication skills to collaborate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients, and to prepare clear reports and documentation.Experience in Product Development or construction method development to help optimize building techniques, materials selection, and implementation processes.Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 6 years of relevant site engineering and project coordination experience in contracting or construction projects.Proficiency in engineering and project tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project or similar scheduling software, MS Office).Good knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.Ability to work on-site full time in Heliopolis, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high standards under deadline pressure.
