Key ResponsibilitiesProject ManagementLead end-to-end CRM project delivery, from planning and requirements gathering to implementation and deployment.Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.Facilitate communication between business teams, developers, and leadership.CRM ImplementationCoordinate CRM system implementation, configuration, and enhancements.Ensure smooth integration with other enterprise systems such as core banking platforms and customer service tools.Process ImprovementIdentify opportunities to improve CRM processes and workflows.Support the adoption of CRM best practices across teams.Monitoring & ReportingTrack project progress and provide regular updates to leadership.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.Required QualificationsExperienceMinimum 5+ years of experience in project managementProven experience managing CRM-related projectsProject Management SkillsStrong experience managing cross-functional technical projectsExperience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologiesTechnical UnderstandingUnderstanding of CRM systems such as **Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platformsExperience coordinating technical teams and system integrationsProfessional SkillsStrong stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in digital banking, fintech, or financial servicesExperience managing CRM implementations or digital transformation projectsCertifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certificationsFamiliarity with CRM integrations and customer lifecycle management
