Follow up on the implementation of the projects plan, update it, and display plan follow-up reports throughout the project durationPreparing periodic completion reports and final reports on the projectsCoordination with various units, departments and divisions to achieve project objectivesManage projects costs with constant updating of the budgetIdentifying the risks expected to occur in the projects, means of preventing their occurrence, and developing alternative plans if they actually occur.Drafting letters addressed by the official to other departmentsDevelop operating strategies, plans, or procedures.Negotiate project specifications.Responsible for issuing the owner’s and contractors’ extracts according to the scheduled dates Engineering bachelor's degree in ( Civil )20+ years of experience, in companies specializing in the construction of water plants, water treatment, and sewage plantsHighly experienced with handling Budget & Cash Flow.Decision maker based on its type (emergency decision or routine decision)Project Management Certified.Communication skills - They should be able to communicate effectively with both internal and externalEthical and professional conduct - Integrity and accountability should be demonstrated in their previous work experience.Leadership skills- Assess their ability to manage teams.Conflict management and Anticipate and solve problems.
