Lead the complete project lifecycle from mobilization and launch readiness through implementation, reporting, retention support, knowledge transfer, and final close-out.Translate the approved proposal into a detailed implementation plan covering workstreams, milestones, dependencies, risks, reporting cycles, budget controls, and escalation routes.Manage the rollout across all programme stages including registration, diagnostic profiling, capacity building, employment activation, and ongoing support.Coordinate day-to-day implementation across Abu Dhabi and Al Ain, ensuring field teams, trainers, mentors, and stakeholders are aligned.Oversee beneficiary activation, registration, intake, and awareness-session support.Own the full beneficiary journey from registration through profiling, learning delivery, mentorship, placement, retention, and alumni/community engagement.Monitor attendance, engagement, assessment results, readiness, completion, progression, and drop-off risks across all cohorts.Coordinate delivery of foundational readiness modules and specialized learning tracks.Partner with employer engagement and placement teams to activate employer partnerships and employment pathways.Oversee candidate matching, interview coordination, offer tracking, onboarding, and placement follow-up.Ensure job applications, interview outcomes, offers, placements, and employment updates are accurately tracked through relevant systems.Drive post-placement retention through regular checkpoints, employer follow-up, coaching, and issue resolution.Coordinate Training of Trainers (ToT) and knowledge transfer activities for donor/internal teams.Support development of playbooks, implementation guides, workflows, and operational tools for institutionalization and scale-up.Oversee community engagement, alumni activation, awareness events, peer networks, and beneficiary voice capture initiatives.Own programme reporting rhythm and ensure accurate, timely, and actionable data across all delivery metrics.Maintain dashboards and prepare monthly, quarterly, and end-of-pilot performance/validation reports.Analyze programme performance, beneficiary needs, employer feedback, and implementation insights to recommend improvements.Maintain documentation, risk logs, issue trackers, decision logs, and audit readiness across all workstreams.Coordinate cross-functional teams and delivery partners, ensuring accountability, ownership, and execution excellence.Monitor budget utilization, logistics, supplier needs, schedules, and operational readiness.Identify risks early, implement mitigation plans, and escalate critical decisions when needed.Engage stakeholders, employers, donors, community partners, and ecosystem actors to foster strong relationships and programme success.Requirements & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Education, Human Resources, Operations, Social Impact, or a related field.7+ years of experience in project/program management, preferably in employability, education, workforce development, or social impact programmes.Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with measurable delivery outcomes.Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and frameworks.Experience working with government entities, donors, employers, or strategic partners is strongly preferred.Experience with UAE/GCC ecosystem, Emiratization initiatives, or Nafis-linked programmes is a plus.PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or similar certification is a plus.Fluency in Arabic and English is required.Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Strong analytical, reporting, and operational management abilities.How to apply If you meet the above requirements and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity to join our team, please submit your resume to careers@eyouthlearning.com and mention Project Manager in the subject line.
