Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Advisor, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Advisor will assist clients in buying, selling, or renting properties by offering professional advice and tailored property solutions. Responsibilities include identifying client needs, providing market analysis, recommending investment opportunities, facilitating property transactions, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role requires cultivating trustworthy relationships with clients and working collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals. QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain client relationshipsKnowledge of Property Management practices and Investment strategiesUnderstanding of Finance principles as they relate to real estate transactionsAbility to analyze market trends and provide well-informed recommendationsExperience in a sales-driven or consulting environment is advantageousProficiency in CRM software or other relevant technology tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field is preferred
