The role involves advising international university students, staff, and related stakeholders on suitable residential and investment properties that meet their needs and budgets. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property consultations, presenting available options, arranging viewings, and guiding clients through the entire purchase or rental process. The Property Consultant will maintain up-to-date knowledge of developments in RED’s key areas, coordinate with partner developers, prepare proposals and documentation, and follow up with clients to ensure a smooth, high-quality service experience. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and collaborating with internal teams to support marketing, lead generation, and client retention activities.Qualifications Strong Consulting skills with the ability to assess client needs, provide tailored property recommendations, and guide clients through decision-making.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication in English (and Arabic is an advantage), with the ability to present information professionally to diverse international audiences.Proven Customer Service skills, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and a commitment to delivering a positive client experience before and after closing deals.Solid Sales skills, including lead qualification, negotiation, closing techniques, and working toward individual and team targets.Knowledge of Real Estate markets, particularly in Cairo and RED’s key areas, with familiarity in residential and investment properties relevant to international university communities.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Ability to work on-site in Cairo, manage multiple client requests simultaneously, and use CRM and basic office software effectively.Previous experience in real estate, education-related services, or consulting with international clients is an advantage.
