At Bloombay Developments, we focus on developing spaces that improve quality of life and contribute to the growth of the communities we serve.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Property Consultant based in New Cairo, Cairo, working as part of a sales team on real estate projects within a large organization.The Property Consultant will support the sales function by engaging with prospective clients, presenting available units, and assisting clients throughout the property selection and purchasing process. The role includes responding to client inquiries, arranging and conducting property viewings, and clearly communicating project details such as unit types, pricing, and payment plans.The Property Consultant will contribute to achieving project sales objectives by maintaining professional client relationships, following up on leads, and delivering a high standard of customer service. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team members and relevant internal departments to ensure accurate information is shared and a smooth client experience is maintained, in line with company policies and project guidelines.QualificationsInterest or prior exposure to real estate sales or property consultingStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to work effectively within a team-oriented, structured environmentGood organizational skills and attention to detailWillingness to learn and develop within a corporate sales settingBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plusFluency in English and Arabic
