The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property transaction cycle, including understanding their needs, presenting suitable properties, and providing market insights. Daily responsibilities include conducting property viewings, preparing and delivering proposals, negotiating offers, and supporting clients with documentation and closing processes. The role involves maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of local real estate projects, pricing, and market trends, and using this information to advise buyers and investors. The Property Consultant will also manage a personal sales pipeline, follow up on leads, build long-term client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales targets and ensure a high standard of customer service.QualificationsStrong Consulting skills, with the ability to assess client needs and provide tailored property recommendations.Excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident presentation abilities.Customer Service orientation, with a commitment to building trust, handling inquiries professionally, and ensuring a positive client experience.Proven Sales skills, including lead follow-up, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.Knowledge of Real Estate markets, property types, and local regulations, preferably within Qesm El Sheikh Zaid or surrounding areas.Relevant experience in real estate, property consultancy, or a related sales field is strongly preferred.Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Proficiency with basic office software and CRM or lead-management tools.Secondary school certificate required; a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.Comfortable working with performance targets and a results-driven environment, with high ethical and professional standards.
