The Property Consultant will guide clients through the full property lifecycle, including understanding their requirements, proposing suitable options, arranging viewings, and supporting negotiations. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property tours, maintaining updated knowledge of available listings and market trends, and preparing basic documentation related to offers and agreements. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, coordinating with internal teams and property owners, and ensuring a professional, responsive experience for every client.Qualifications Strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs and match them to suitable properties.Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations professionally.Proven Sales abilities, including lead follow-up, negotiation support, and closing property transactions.Familiarity with the New Cairo real estate market or willingness to quickly learn local market dynamics.Ability to work on-site, manage time effectively, and handle multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Basic proficiency with CRM tools, property listing platforms, and standard office software.Previous experience in real estate, sales, or client-facing roles is preferred but not mandatory.Relevant educational background in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is an advantage.
