This strong ecosystem provides team members with access to diverse inventory and trusted partnerships.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Property Consultant (Sales Real Estate) role based in Cairo, Egypt. The Property Consultant will engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs, present suitable residential and commercial properties, and provide guidance throughout the buying or investment process. Responsibilities include generating and following up on leads, conducting property tours, explaining project details and pricing, and supporting clients with documentation and transaction steps. The role involves maintaining updated knowledge of available inventory, market trends, and developer offerings, as well as using RED’s technology tools and data to provide accurate recommendations. The Property Consultant will also build and maintain long-term client relationships, achieve sales targets, and collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth, customer-centric experience.QualificationsStrong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand client needs, analyze options, and provide informed property recommendations.Highly PresentableExcellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build trust, explain complex information clearly, and support clients before and after sales.Proven Sales capabilities, including lead generation, negotiation, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.Familiarity with the Cairo and Greater Cairo real estate markets; experience with major developers and new developments is an advantage.Comfort using CRM systems and basic digital tools to manage leads, track activities, and report performance.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
