Job Title: Purchase SpecialistPosition OverviewThe Purchase Specialist is responsible for sourcing, procuring, and managing all goods and supplies required for Double H operations across multiple locations. This role ensures cost-efficiency, timely deliveries, quality standards, and strong supplier relationships while supporting smooth day-to-day restaurant and operational needs.Key Responsibilities:Procurement & Supplier ManagementSource and select suppliers for food, beverages, kitchen equipment, F&B disposables, and operational supplies.Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to maximize cost efficiency.Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and monitor their performance (quality, delivery, compliance).Evaluate new suppliers and products to ensure alignment with brand standards.Order Management & Inventory CoordinationPrepare and issue purchase orders according to operational requirements.Track orders, ensure timely deliveries, and follow up on delays or discrepancies.Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and operations teams to ensure inventory levels meet demand without overstocking.Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier invoices, and related documentation.Quality & ComplianceEnsure all procured items meet quality, hygiene, and safety standards.Monitor product specifications, shelf life, and compliance with food safety regulations.Resolve quality or delivery issues with suppliers promptly.Reporting & AnalysisTrack monthly purchasing costs and provide reports to management.Identify opportunities for cost savings, supplier consolidation, or process improvement.Support budgeting and forecasting for procurement needs across locations.Qualifications & Skills:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.3–5 years of procurement or purchasing experience, preferably in hospitality or F&B.Strong negotiation and supplier management skills.Knowledge of inventory management and procurement systems.Excellent organizational, communication, and analytical skills.Ability to work across multiple locations and handle fast-paced operational demands.
