We are seeking a Purchasing Specialist with experience in perfume companies to manage sourcing, procurement, and supplier relationships.Key Responsibilities• Source fragrance oils, bottles, caps, packaging, and raw materials.• Negotiate prices, contracts, and payment terms.• Monitor supplier performance and delivery timelines.• Ensure cost control and quality standards.• Coordinate with warehouse and production teams.• Maintain procurement records in ERP systems.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Business / Supply Chain.• Minimum 5-8 years of purchasing experience in perfume or cosmetics industry.• Strong supplier network in fragrance and packaging market.• ERP experience preferred (Odoo / SAP).• Strong negotiation skills.• Fluent in Arabic and English.
