Our company partners with leading technology providers like IBM to deliver high-quality IT services that address a diverse range of business and technical challenges.As a QC Lead at Valleysoft, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing quality control activities and leading a team of quality assurance professionals. You will ensure that all deliverables meet rigorous quality standards, guiding the team to implement best testing practices and drive continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Lead, mentor, and manage the quality control team to ensure high-quality deliverablesDevelop and enforce comprehensive test plans, strategies, and processes aligned with project requirementsCoordinate with cross-functional teams including development, product management, and operations to ensure quality objectives are metMonitor and report on quality metrics, test progress, and defect trackingDrive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiencyIdentify risks and issues related to quality and work proactively to mitigate themFacilitate continuous improvement initiatives in testing methodologies and team workflowsEnsure compliance with industry standards and company policies related to quality assuranceRequirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory roleStrong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practicesProven experience managing and mentoring QA teamsProficiency in test automation tools and frameworksExperience with defect tracking and test management tools such as JIRA, TestRail, or similarExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teamsFamiliarity with Agile and Scrum methodologiesISTQB Advanced Level certification is preferredSkills:Leadership and team management abilitiesStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to oversee multiple projects and priorities simultaneouslyExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsBenefitsPrivate Health InsuranceTraining & Development
