QKeep a copy of all approved project documentsReviewing the client’s extracts after submitting them and verifying the correctness of the received data (approved quantities - categories - contractual requirements - ......)Review client extracts for army projectsReview the final client extracts of the projectsAdvising on contracting procedures.Reviewing and approving the extracts of the subcontractors, ensuring the implementation of the contracting requirements for the engineering part of the extract, preparing and updating their follow-up records, and ensuring that the quantities match those approved by the owner.Follow up on the daily business and supplies report on the sitePrepare monthly reports and present them to the direct managerCommunicate with technical offices on the sites and work on solving any obstacles to work.Providing the Documents Coordinator with all the information and documents to work on keeping them documentary and preparing a special record for the inventory departmentReviewing and approving the quantities required in supply orders Well-knowledge of Contracting (construction – Infra.) items.Well-knowledge of financials of Client invoices (Deductions – Advance payments – Payment conditions).Well knowledge of civil & design drawings.Experience in dealing with Consultancy offices.Experience in dealing with official corresponds with the consultant & Client. CAD – Excel – Revit structure – Microsoft Office.
