Business Line:ELSEWEDY TelecomWork Location:10th Of Ramadan, EgyptJob purpose:Implement internal audit plans according to the quality management system.Key Accountabilities:Implement the internal audit plan on all activities of the company, & Conducting unannounced internal audits on the activities of the companyFollow up corrective actions resulting from internal/external audits and customer complaintsTraining and raising awareness of company employees on the company policy and quality targetsAchieves the requirements of customers with special requirements related to the documentation systemThe processing and preparation of questionnaires for customers received from the Department of Sales (Questionnaires)The internal audit plan shall be implemented on the activities of the Company and the Group companies inside and outside EgyptPrepare the company to suit the requirements of customers during their reviewFollow customer complaints for root causes and treatment methods & The customer satisfaction form is sent to external and local customers.Inquiries from the customers (Inspection survey & Visit Survey)Conducting audits on the company's suppliers/suppliers of the group companies, both planned in and outside EgyptQualifications & Education: BSc in Engineering Years of Experience: 3 years at least Language: English is a mustComputer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPointTechnical competencies:Lead Auditor 9001 Auditor 17025Lead Auditor 14001Lead Auditor 45001Auditor IATF 16949Lean & Six Sigma Green Belt
