Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:- Provide general administrative support to project/site management.- Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation in an accurate and systematic manner.- Handle daily office operations and administrative tasks.Coordination & Communication:- Coordinate with internal departments (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) to support site requirements.- Act as a liaison between site team and head office.- Facilitate smooth communication within the project team.Reporting & Documentation:- Prepare and maintain reports, logs, and records as required.- Ensure all administrative documents are updated and properly archived.Support to Site Operations:- Assist in managing site logistics and office supplies.- Support onboarding processes for site staff when required.- Ensure compliance with company policies and site procedures.
