Quality Control Engineer (Finishing)

Conduct scheduled and random site visits to monitor and evaluate finishing quality across multiple projects.Inspect high-end (elite) finishing works to ensure full compliance with design specifications and company standards.Identify defects, inconsistencies, and non-conformities with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.Prepare detailed quality inspection reports and submit them to the Technical Office in a timely manner.Follow up on corrective actions with site teams and ensure proper closure of all quality issues.Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and internal departments to maintain required quality standards.Review materials and workmanship to ensure alignment with approved samples, drawings, and specifications.Maintain complete and organized documentation for all inspections, reports, and follow-ups. 3–5 years of experience in Quality Control within construction or finishing projects.Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Strong background in high-end / luxury finishing projects is a must.Excellent attention to detail with a strong eye for finishing quality and aesthetics.Strong reporting, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple sites and conduct efficient site visits.Comfortable with a hybrid working model (Office + Site Visits (October / New Cairo)).
