Job SummaryWe are seeking a qualified and detail-oriented QC Engineer to join our construction team and ensure that all site activities are executed in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and approved procedures.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and inspect construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.Conduct site inspections and prepare quality control reports.Review and verify materials, workmanship, and completed works.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams regarding quality-related issues.Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection requests, and records.Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.Ensure compliance with company quality policies and project requirements.Participate in handing-over procedures and snag list closure. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.Minimum 3–7 years of experience in quality control within the construction industry.Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, construction standards, and specifications.Experience in residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects is preferred.Proficient in Microsoft Office and engineering documentation.Good communication and coordination skills.Ability to work effectively on-site.
