Conduct routine inspections and tests on automotive seating systems and components to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures throughout the manufacturing lifecycle.Analyze production data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions to address quality issues and prevent recurrence.Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality-related challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance records.Assist in the calibration and maintenance of quality control equipment and tools.Participate in internal and external audits, supporting compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.Train production staff on quality control procedures and best practices to ensure consistent product quality.Investigate customer complaints and non-conformities, conducting root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions.Support the implementation of new technologies and process improvements to enhance overall product quality. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.3-7 years’ experience in QC manufacturing field will be a plus.Good computer & English skills.Ability to objectively review and qualify objective dataStrong interpersonal Skills.
