Quality Control Section Head

Work Location:10th Of Ramadan, EgyptMain Purpose Of The JobThe Quality Control Section Head supervises staff and oversees product quality & development procedures to ensure that products meet quality and efficiency standards. He will also work with clients to ensure the final products meet their needs and requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesGaining an understanding of the client's needs and requirements and communicating them and the quality standards to the production teams.Innovating ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.Innovating, improving, and reviewing new specifications and procedures for products or processes, and training staff to use them.Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.Supervise suppliers and purchased products as per quality standards.Maintain an audit and inspection of incoming materials.Overseeing product development procedures to identify any deviations from quality standards.Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical analysis.Gaining feedback from the clients, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.Inspection of finished products with electricity companies in Cairo.Supervise quality control processes for all production lines in the factory, including assembly, rubber, metals, silicon production, etc.Job Requirement:Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electricity is preferred).Years of Experience: 7-10 years of experience.Language: Arabic and English.Computer skills: MS Office & ERP system.Technical competencies:Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational, and leadership skills.In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and legal standards.In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process across the factory.Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis, and statistical methods.Excellent communication and listening skills.Good knowledge of product technicalities.
