Full supervision of product quality at all stages of production, ensuring compliance with company-approved specifications and food safety standards.Monitoring the receipt of raw materials and adherence to storage requirements.Receiving quality reports from the previous shift, analyzing any issues, and monitoring the steps taken to resolve them.Monitoring all stages of manufacturing (preparation, baking, seasoning, and packaging) to ensure compliance with quality requirements.Conducting sensory (friability, color, and taste), physical, and chemical (such as salt content and flavor) quality tests.Conducting microbiological tests on raw materials and the finished product throughout all production stages and recording the results.Approving the product's quality release and its conformity upon leaving the production area for packaging.Ensuring the integrity of the bags, the accuracy of the information printed on them, and their compliance with company specifications, food safety standards, and customer requirements.Providing quality support to operators, technicians, and workers.Immediately reporting any non-conformities and submitting a written report documenting the issue.
