Role PurposeResponsible for supporting the pre-contract commercial activities of construction projects through accurate quantity take-offs . This role involves assisting in the preparation of detailed quantity take-offs from tender drawings, analysing project specifications. Additionally, it includes ensuring all tender documentation is complete and aligned with project requirements.Key Accountabilities Review all tender drawings and raising necessary queries to clarify scope and avoid uncertainties. Prepare quantity take-offs in accordance with drawings and specifications Prepare Steel Ratio & Form work for all Concrete Items in BOQ. Strong Skills in preparing the Bill of Quantities BOQ. Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge & Skills Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, or Construction Management. Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying roles within the Egyptian construction industry. Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel. Proficiency in Plan swift Software. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and organizational abilities.
