The Property Advisor will be responsible for understanding clients' property needs, conducting market analysis, providing professional advice, and guiding clients through the real estate process. Core tasks include matching clients with suitable properties, arranging and conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and closing property transactions. The Property Advisor will also build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive business growth. QualificationsExpertise in real estate market analysis, pricing strategies, and client consultationsStrong negotiation, sales, and closing skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clientsAbility to understand and address client requirements with a customer-focused approachProfessionalism, reliability, and high attention to detailProficiency in relevant software and tools for property management and client communicationFluency in English and/or Arabic is a plusExperience in the New Cairo real estate market is highly desirableBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
