The Real Estate Agent will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting clients, conducting property viewings, and presenting suitable listings aligned with client needs and investment goals. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market trends, property values, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing contracts, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions. The role involves building and maintaining a strong client network, delivering high-quality customer service, and representing do Estate’s brand standards in all interactions. The Real Estate Agent will also update CRM records, follow up on leads, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.QualificationsCandidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate practices and regulations.Candidates should possess strong Sales skills and experience closing real estate transactions and negotiations.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities, with a focus on client relationship building and retention.Candidates should possess solid understanding of Real Property concepts, local market dynamics, and investment considerations.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is beneficial.Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and manage multiple clients simultaneously.Comfort with using CRM systems, digital listing platforms, and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentations).Previous experience in luxury or high-end real estate markets is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
