Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent based in Cairo, Egypt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, or renting properties, providing end-to-end client support, and delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include identifying prospective properties, conducting property showings, advising clients on market trends, negotiating prices, and ensuring smooth transactions while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. QualificationsPossession of a valid Real Estate LicenseStrong knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property market dynamicsExperience in Sales and Customer Service, with excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, and other stakeholdersProficient negotiation and problem-solving skillsFamiliarity with the property market in locations such as New Cairo, Sheikh Zayed, and the North Coast is a plusStrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneouslyBachelor’s degree in a related field is preferredFluency in English and Arabic is an advantage
