The Real-estate Sales Consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions. The role involves advising clients on market conditions, property values, and legal or financial considerations, while maintaining accurate records of listings, leads, and contracts in the company’s systems. The consultant will provide responsive customer service, follow up with clients, and nurture long-term relationships to build a sustainable pipeline. In addition, the role includes attending training sessions, sales meetings, and coaching programs offered by Keller Williams Egypt to continuously improve performance and stay informed about market trends.Qualifications Strong Real Estate Sales and Sales skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Foundational understanding of Real Estate practices, property types, and local market dynamics.Excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.Interest in ongoing Training and professional development to refine sales techniques and market knowledge.Effective communication and negotiation abilities in spoken and written English; additional languages are an advantage.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, on-site team environment.Basic proficiency with CRM tools and digital platforms for managing leads, listings, and documentation.Previous experience in real estate or sales is preferred; eligibility to work in Egypt and any required local real estate licensing are advantageous.
