Role Description The Senior Real Estate Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Cairo, Egypt. The consultant will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, guide them through property selection, and facilitate transactions with a focus on both residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities also include conducting market research, maintaining relationships with developers and clients, negotiating deals, and providing expertise throughout the sales process. Collaboration and continuous learning will be key aspects of the role. Qualifications Strong expertise in Real Estate and Real Property-related practicesProven ability in Sales and Negotiation within the real estate sectorExperience providing client Training on processes and property-related servicesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to analyze market trends and provide strategic advice to clientsProficiency in using data and technology-based tools for customer insightsBachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferredFluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
