The Real Estate Agent will support land development and property sales by prospecting for new clients, responding to inquiries, and conducting property viewings. The role includes advising clients on property values, market trends, and legal or regulatory requirements, as well as preparing offers, contracts, and related documentation in coordination with the relevant internal teams. The Real Estate Agent will negotiate sales terms, facilitate closings, and maintain accurate records of listings, client interactions, and transactions. The individual will collaborate closely with marketing and management to promote properties, participate in sales campaigns, and provide feedback on market conditions and client needs.Qualifications Valid Real Estate License and solid understanding of Real Estate principles and local market regulations.Proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing transactions.Strong Customer Service capabilities, with the ability to build trust, listen actively, and manage diverse client needs.Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including valuation, land use, and basic contract terms.Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly beneficial.Comfort with on-site work, property tours, and occasional evening or weekend appointments as needed.Basic proficiency in digital tools (CRM systems, email, office software) to manage listings and client records.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong experience.High level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
