The Real Estate Agent will represent Tree Developments in presenting residential and/or commercial properties to prospective buyers and investors. Responsibilities include prospecting and following up with leads, conducting property viewings, advising clients on market conditions and pricing, and supporting clients through the full sales cycle from inquiry to closing. The role involves preparing and reviewing basic sales documentation, coordinating with internal teams for availability, pricing, and handover schedules, and maintaining accurate records in the company’s CRM or tracking tools. The Real Estate Agent will also provide high-quality customer service, attend site events and launches, and act as a brand ambassador for Tree Developments and its communities.QualificationsValid Real Estate License and solid understanding of real estate principles and local market dynamics.Demonstrated experience in Real Estate and Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations professionally.Knowledge of Real Property concepts, including ownership types, valuation basics, and investment considerations.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in-person and over phone/email.Comfort working on-site, conducting property tours, and engaging with clients in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems); familiarity with real estate listing platforms is an advantage.Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and development teams while managing individual responsibilities and targets.Previous experience in new developments or off-plan sales is preferred but not required.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus.
