Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Fresh Agent with immediate hiring, based in Cairo. The role involves connecting clients with suitable properties from a vast portfolio, providing excellent customer service, and supporting clients throughout the buying or leasing process. Additional responsibilities include assisting clients with property tours, addressing inquiries, and closely collaborating with the sales team to achieve targets. Qualifications Basic understanding of Real Estate and Real Property conceptsStrong Customer Service skills and a client-oriented approachExcellent Sales abilities, including communication, negotiation, and persuasionPossession of or willingness to obtain a Real Estate LicenseSelf-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn with an aptitude for teamworkAbility to work in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to client needsFluency in Arabic is required; proficiency in English is an advantage
