Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Real Estate Sales Agent based in New Cairo. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, conducting property viewings, advising clients on property options, and negotiating sales agreements. The role also involves building strong relationships with clients and developers, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local real estate markets, and achieving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Qualifications Proven expertise in Real Estate Sales, including knowledge of local markets and trendsPossession of a valid Real Estate License and familiarity with industry regulationsStrong skills in Customer Service and client relationship managementExperience in Sales with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in real estate technologies and market analysis toolsBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
