Role Description This is a full-time on-site Real Estate Sales Agent role, located in New Cairo. The Real Estate Sales Agent will be responsible for representing clients in the buying, selling, and renting of properties. Daily responsibilities include assisting clients with property searches, conducting property tours, managing negotiations, preparing contracts, and delivering excellent customer service. The agent will also stay informed about market trends, property values, and marketing strategies to better serve clients and achieve sales objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Real Estate Sales and knowledge of the real estate marketPossession of a valid Real Estate LicenseStrong skills in Customer Service and fostering client relationshipsExperience in Sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced on-site environmentProficiency in relevant software and tools used in real estate transactionsPrevious experience in the New Cairo real estate market is a plus
