The Senior Property Consultant will manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting property viewings, and closing transactions. Responsibilities include advising clients on market trends and investment opportunities, preparing property presentations, and recommending suitable options that align with client needs and budgets. The role involves maintaining an active portfolio of listings, coordinating with developers and internal teams, and ensuring accurate and timely documentation for all deals. The Senior Property Consultant will also provide ongoing client support, build long-term relationships, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.QualificationsStrong Consulting and advisory skills to understand client objectives and provide tailored real estate solutions.Excellent Communication abilities, including clear verbal, written, and presentation skills with diverse client groups.Proven Customer Service orientation, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and long-term relationship building.Demonstrated Sales experience, ideally in real estate or related high-value transactions, with a record of meeting or exceeding targets.Solid understanding of the Real Estate market, preferably in New Cairo and greater Cairo, including primary and resale properties.Minimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate consulting, brokerage, or property sales (senior-level exposure preferred).Ability to work on-site, manage multiple clients and properties simultaneously, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication channels; valid driver’s license and access to transportation are an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.Fluency in English and Arabic is highly beneficial.
