The role involves identifying and prospecting potential buyers and tenants for company-owned real property, conducting property viewings, and presenting key features and benefits. Daily tasks include managing leads, maintaining accurate property listings, preparing sales proposals and contracts in coordination with the legal team, and following up with clients to support successful transactions. The Real Estate Sales professional will collaborate with internal departments to align property offerings with company objectives, provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle, and monitor local real estate market trends to inform pricing and marketing strategies.
