Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales role based in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid with Remas Developments. The Real Estate Sales professional will handle day-to-day client interactions, including responding to inquiries, conducting property viewings, and providing detailed information on available units and projects. Responsibilities include identifying prospective buyers and sellers, qualifying leads, preparing and presenting offers, and guiding clients through the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends, project features, pricing, and legal requirements, as well as coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate documentation and smooth transaction processes. The Real Estate Sales professional will also be expected to meet sales targets, maintain detailed records of client activities in CRM systems, and support marketing events and showroom activities as needed.QualificationsCandidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.Candidates should possess practical Real Estate experience and familiarity with local market trends and developments.Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques.Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service abilities to build trust, handle inquiries, and manage client expectations professionally.Candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present properties clearly and confidently.Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple clients, appointments, and documentation efficiently.Candidates should possess proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.Candidates should possess previous experience in real estate sales, property development, or a related field; a relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar discipline is an advantage.
