The Real Estate Sales professional will actively prospect and follow up with leads, conduct property viewings, and present available units and projects to potential buyers. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on market conditions, prices, and legal requirements, preparing and reviewing sales agreements, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth closing processes. The role involves maintaining accurate records of listings, client interactions, and sales activity, as well as participating in marketing events, site tours, and promotional campaigns. The successful candidate will build and manage a pipeline of clients, provide ongoing customer support, and represent Three Pyramids Developments in a professional manner.Qualifications Possession of a valid Real Estate License and strong understanding of Real Property regulations and practices.Demonstrated experience in Real Estate sales, including listing, showing, and closing property transactions.Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed targets and effectively negotiate deals.Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on building trust, responding promptly to inquiries, and supporting clients throughout the sales process.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally.Basic proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office or similar software to manage leads, documentation, and reporting.Ability to work on-site in Qesm 2nd 6 October, including evenings or weekends as needed for client meetings and property viewings.Prior experience in real estate development or project sales is an advantage; fluency in English and Arabic is beneficial.
