Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Specialist, based in Paris. The Real Estate Specialist will focus on providing expert guidance to clients, analyzing property markets, and facilitating the buying, selling, and development of real estate projects. Responsibilities include conducting market research, maintaining client relationships, showcasing properties, and offering tailored solutions aligned with customer needs. The role will also involve collaborating with developers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional results. Qualifications Expertise in Real Estate and Real Estate DevelopmentStrong Customer Service skills with the ability to understand and cater to client needsProficiency in Sales and the ability to communicate value effectivelyKnowledge of Real Property regulations, market trends, and real estate documentationExcellent organizational, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferredProficiency in relevant software tools and platforms is a plus
